Diligent Medical is based in Jacksonville FL. Our service area is focused in North East Florida but we can accommodate most of our surrounding communities with ease. Our customers include Medical Supply Retailers, nursing homes, home health agencies, hospitals, physicians, schools, government, and state agencies. We are continually evaluating new products, expanding and improving the product lines we carry. We are dedicated in providing the best quality of healthcare products for your business and your customers.
Minimum Order - $500.00
Customer Pick Up
Orders called in by 10am can be picked up the same day.
Business Shipping Policy
Free next day local delivery for orders over $500.00.
Orders under $1000.00 will include a $25.00 delivery charge.
Place orders by 3pm for next day delivery.
We utilize our own fleet of vehicles, and UPS for deliveries.
Business Shipping Policy Outside of Jacksonville but still in NE Florida
Discounted delivery for orders over $1000.00 (excluding heavy and over sized items such as: Beds).
Freight charges will be determined at the time the order is placed.
Orders placed by Noon EDT will ship the same day.
Overnight or next day shipping is available with those charges added to your invoice.

Business Shipping Policy Outside of Florida
Discounted delivery for orders over $1,000.00 (excluding heavy and over sized items such as: Beds).
Freight charges will be determined at the time the order is placed.
Orders placed by Noon EDT will ship the same day.
A full refund or exchange for all unopened resalable items will be issued if returned within 30 days from the purchase date. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Special orders and personal care items are non-returnable.
Please call or email a customer service representative for approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any merchandise.
We honor all manufacturer warranties. Call us at (904) 428-7330 to help determine if an item is under warranty.
